Model Requirements
Models must be 18 years of age or older. They must consent to treatment by professional students as well as a health history review, aesthetic before and after photos being taken, and social media marketing and advertising by Aesthetic Midwest Training and their students.
Models must not have any known or active skin infections, allergies to dermal fillers or neurotoxin, and must be able to come to the afternoon hands on portion of the training.
Models must pay in full on the day of the course for the products that will be used for their services. Models and students will decide together the areas that need to be treated and the products that will be used.

$8 a unit for all neurotoxin

Radiesse Syringe- $400
Restylane Kysse Syringe- $375

Students may also choose to enroll their own models, we only have a limited amount of space in the hands on portion of our courses, so models will be chosen on a first come first serve basis.
